In 2025, the Emirates Global Charity Foundation successfully built 140 integrated charitable complexes outside the UAE at a cost of AED 25 million.

The Global Charity Foundation announced that it completed the construction of 140 integrated charitable complexes outside the UAE in 2025, at a cost of AED 25 million. This initiative aligns with its humanitarian mission to improve the quality of life for the most vulnerable groups and promote social stability in less developed areas.

The charitable complexes implemented by the Foundation include mosques, schools, wells, health centers, and other facilities that meet the daily needs of residents and contribute to supporting sustainable development within the beneficiary communities.

Dr. Khalid Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the Authority, affirmed that these achievements embody the UAE's vision for charitable work and are an extension of its established approach to providing assistance to those in need around the world, without discrimination, thus reinforcing the values of solidarity and human compassion.

He stated that the implementation of 140 charitable complexes within a single year reflects the significant effort exerted by the Authority's teams and its partners, and underscores its commitment to delivering integrated development projects that leave a lasting impact on the lives of beneficiary communities, rather than merely providing temporary solutions.

He explained that the Authority ensured the implementation of these complexes based on a thorough assessment of the actual needs of each region and in coordination with local authorities to guarantee the projects' sustainability and operational efficiency. He noted that the charitable complexes represent a comprehensive model of humanitarian work that integrates education, health, water, and worship.

He added that the Authority continues to expand its projects in the coming years, focusing on the most vulnerable areas and strengthening partnerships with charitable organizations and donors to ensure the continuity of giving and maximize humanitarian impact.
