The UAE Field Hospital Continues to Provide Services in the Gaza Strip

As part of efforts to support the health sector and address current challenges, the UAE Field Hospital in Gaza continues to provide comprehensive medical and humanitarian services to patients. The hospital continues to provide these services as part of Operation “The Noble Knight 3,” which aims to support the health system in the Gaza Strip and enhance its capacity to address current humanitarian challenges.

The hospital continues to receive patients and provide them with comprehensive healthcare, including examinations, treatments, and surgeries, as part of the UAE's efforts to alleviate the suffering of the people and support the continuity of health services in Gaza.

The hospital also received delegations from the World Health Organization and the Palestinian Red Crescent Society. During their visits, the delegations reviewed the level of services provided and the operational mechanisms within the hospital's departments, in addition to checking on the patients' conditions and monitoring the joint coordination between the UAE medical teams and health authorities in the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Red Crescent delegation commended the UAE's outstanding humanitarian role and the efforts of its medical and relief personnel working at the field hospital, praising their contribution to providing treatment and care for the injured and sick.

These efforts reflect the level of cooperation and coordination between Emirati initiatives and international organizations within Operation "Al-Faris Al-Shahed 3," which has so far delivered approximately 10,000 tons of medical aid, medicines, and supplies. The hospital has received more than 52,000 patients, performed approximately 1,843 surgeries, and fitted prosthetic limbs for 61 injured individuals.v
