The participants in the "Leaders 2030" program, through which Prince Mohammed Bin Salman "MiSK" Foundation develops Saudi leaders in the public, private and non-profit sectors, have presented the final projects in the program for this year's version.
This came after the Foundation enabled future leaders to launch ideas innovative for the goals and challenges of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and their impacts on the economy and development in the near and far future.
As many as 27 male and female leaders out of 45 participants in the program's tracks that support the artificial intelligence and the tourism sectors have reviewed 6 ideas supported by innovation and unique projects in partnership with stakeholders.
This was done after a 9-month journey to enhance knowledge, update the necessary skills, and motivate thinking in order to meet the challenges of the gap between data knowledge and artificial intelligence, as well as the quality of tourism sector services.
According to MiSK, the intensive leadership-building program will include five in-person immersive modules over 25 days, virtual inter-module sessions, executive individual and group coaching sessions, and group assignments.
The curriculum combines global and local perspectives, and draws strongly on the Saudi experience, with high-profile guest speakers sharing their insights and experiences.
MiSK recently announced that the leadership program’s first and second groups will graduate before the end of 2022.
