Elon Musk's Tweet About the UAE Impresses Thousands
A tweet from American billionaire Elon Musk about the United Arab Emirates garnered significant attention and engagement on the X platform on Monday evening.
Responding to a tweet by the founder of the Russian Telegram app, Pavel Durov, about safety in the UAE, Musk reinforced the praise for the country's high level of security.
Pavel Durov, the founder of the popular Telegram app, wrote on his X account: "Unfortunately, I had to leave Dubai for Europe a week ago."
He added: "Based on statistics and crime rates in Europe, Dubai is safer, even with missiles coming from Iran. I can't wait to go back."
Elon Musk responded to Durov's comment: "No country is perfect, but objectively, Dubai and the UAE are safer and better managed than many parts of Europe." Musk's tweet went viral on the platform, receiving nearly 4 million views in less than 24 hours.
