The Ministry of Climate Change and Environment has announced the organization of the second edition of the UAE Agriculture Conference and Exhibition.

The event will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Chairman of the Presidential Court, from April 22 to 26, 2026, at the ADNEC Al Ain Exhibition Centre.

The event is part of the UAE's ongoing efforts to enhance its sustainable food security system and solidify its position as a global hub for agricultural innovation, in line with the objectives of the National Food Security Strategy 2051.

The new edition adopts the theme "A Comprehensive Emirati Agricultural Platform... Towards Community Sustainability and Global Innovation," reflecting a strategic expansion encompassing all links in the food value chain. This includes empowering farmers and livestock breeders (Halal owners) as the cornerstone of local production, and fostering partnerships between major national companies in the food industry to ensure a sustainable supply.

The event also prioritizes empowering youth and entrepreneurs to lead agricultural innovation, celebrating the pioneering role of Emirati women in the sector, and engaging all segments of society to foster a culture of sustainability, production, and responsible consumption.

Dr. Amna bint Abdullah Al Dahak, Minister of Climate Change and Environment, affirmed that the second edition of the UAE Agriculture Conference and Exhibition embodies the UAE's unwavering commitment to the vision of its wise leadership to enhance the sustainable national food security system. 

This year's event represents a comprehensive and integrated national platform that brings together all the sector's components under one roof. This includes supporting farmers, livestock breeders, and aquaculture specialists, strengthening the role of the private sector and food industries, empowering women and youth to become future leaders of innovation, and engaging the community as an active partner in the development journey. 

The second edition of the UAE Agriculture Conference and Exhibition 2026 seeks to achieve four strategic objectives to ensure a comprehensive impact. The first objective focuses on "enhancing the quality of farmers' participation" to ensure a distinguished Emirati presence, showcasing their crops and products and making them the first choice for consumers in the country.

This year's edition features an innovative visitor experience built on five strategic tracks covering all aspects of the sector. The "Farmers' Track" focuses on providing technical support, opening direct marketing channels for local products, and celebrating Emirati farmers. The "Educational Track" aims to build the next generation through interactive workshops and innovative academic programs for school and university students.

The event also includes the "Agricultural Knowledge Conference," a specialized intellectual platform that brings together experts, innovators, and decision-makers to discuss the future of sustainability, smart technologies, and value chains. In addition, the "Agricultural Exhibition" showcases the latest solutions and innovations. For local and international companies, with a clear focus on the food industry sector.

The "Emirati Farmers' Market" provides a vital space for selling local produce directly and fostering interaction and knowledge exchange between producers and the public. Meanwhile, the "International Pavilion" opens broad horizons for global dialogue on food security policies and showcases the successful experiences of participating stakeholders.

To ensure a comprehensive impact, the event offers a dynamic dialogue space for young people, enabling them to present their innovative ideas for the future of the sector. This is complemented by a dedicated space for Emirati women farmers, highlighting women's success stories and their pivotal role in enhancing food security. This system is further enhanced by the "Community Corner," which showcases inspiring initiatives and local success stories.
