In his new film, “And in our imagination… love,” which premiered at the 8th El Gouna Film Festival, Rezig appeared more mature and experienced, delivering a performance brimming with emotion and humanity. Riziq explained that the film's inclusion in the festival program is a testament to the confidence placed in the entire team, stressing that he felt an extraordinary positive energy during the screening, especially after the audience's engagement with the story and the characters' emotions.

He noted that what pleased him most was the strong reaction he witnessed during the film screening. He explained that the audience was deeply moved by the scenes of love and loss, and that some attendees expressed their emotions through tears. This made him feel that the film had truly resonated with people, and that their efforts had been rewarded by the audience's emotional response.

Raziq spoke about the film's theme, saying that "And We Have Love in Our Imagination" explores human relationships from a unique perspective, raising questions about loss, longing, and how love can endure even in the absence of loved ones. 

He explained that the work is both psychological and emotional drama, emphasizing that the director chose a simple visual style that effectively conveyed the emotional state of the characters.
