At a lavish state dinner hosted by US President Donald Trump in the East Room of the White House on Tuesday evening, in honor of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on his first official visit to Washington in seven years.

A unique selfie was taken by Portuguese football star and Al-Nassr player Cristiano Ronaldo. The photo brought together a number of prominent figures from the worlds of finance, business, sports, and politics in a single frame.

The image spread like wildfire on the X platform within hours and was described as an "internet-breaking" snapshot due to the prominence of the names featured and their global influence. Cristiano Ronaldo took the photo, which also included Elon Musk, owner of X and Tesla; FIFA President Gianni Infantino; Ronaldo's wife, Georgina Rodriguez; US Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutenick; and several other influential figures in the USA.

Behind the group, members of the U.S. Marine Corps Band stood out in their traditional red uniforms amidst the opulent decor of the White House. Activists have speculated that the combined wealth of the individuals pictured in this photograph alone exceeds $700 billion, according to Forbes and other financial sources.

Ronaldo's participation in the Saudi delegation was due to his prominent association with the Saudi league. During his remarks at the dinner, Trump jokingly mentioned Ronaldo, saying that his 19-year-old son, Barron, is a huge fan and that he "respects his father even more now" after meeting the Portuguese star, prompting laughter in the room.

The visit carried broad political and economic dimensions, witnessing the signing of a new strategic defense agreement between the United States and Saudi Arabia, along with a package of massive investment deals in the energy and artificial intelligence sectors.

More than 140 prominent figures attended the event, including the heads of global companies such as Apple and Chevron, and FIFA President Gianni Infantino, adding further weight to the occasion.
