The President of the Court of Cassation Commends the Historical Ties and Close Cooperation Between Egypt and the UAE
Judge Assem El-Ghaish, President of the Court of Cassation and Head of the Supreme Judicial Council, affirmed the depth of the historical ties and close cooperation aimed at consolidating the values of justice that unite Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
This came during the President of the Court of Cassation's reception of a high-level judicial delegation from the UAE, headed by Judge Mohammed Hamad Al-Badi Al-Dhaheri, President of the UAE Federal Supreme Court.
For his part, Judge Mohammed Hamad Al-Badi Al-Dhaheri praised the stature of the Egyptian judiciary, expressing his pleasure at visiting the Court of Cassation, which he described as a towering judicial institution, and its exceptional legal and intellectual legacy.
On the sidelines of the visit, the delegation toured the Court of Cassation's historic library, where they viewed its rare legal encyclopedias and historical rulings, representing a vast legal heritage that serves researchers and judges throughout the Arab world.
